The Why!
So why does anyone choose to buy a cordless Vacuum Cleaner?
Primary reason is because its cordless. There's nothing worse than moving around and the cable snags on the bottom of the door or a piece of furniture and then reaching the end of the cable!
Other reasons for us included dissatisfaction with the weight and noise of our Dyson Ball. We also chose this one as when it's not in use it will stand upright unsupported.
First Impressions
I think its fair to say that the box it arrives in is smaller than what you think its going to be. But thinking about it though I'm not sure why I would have expected it to be bigger, It's sold as light weight and compact.
It is definitely both of those. It comes in several parts and is relatively easy to put together with very clear instructions. As I always say, make a cup of tea or whatever it is you like to drink, take a break and read through the instructions. That way you don't have any surprises or miss the fiddly bits.

Using it
The handle can be halved in height for storage. There are to locations on the rear of the lower part of the handle. When in the reduced height a button pops out of the bottom hole, push this in whilst gently lifting the upper handle and this will release and as you lift it will pop out of the upper hole and lock in place. There is also a carry handle on the rear.
One of the features we like is that it handle will lie flat enabling you to hoover under furniture, in our case the sofa. A rough measurement showed it could fit in a 10cm high gap.
Everything is very simple to use, I found emptying the bin very easy. One of the features of the bin is it has a small handle on the side that slides down and pushes the contents of the bin out.
Have operated this on hard wood, normal carpet and quite thick rugs.
It sounds if its not comfortable on the thick rug but did get over the whole rug without issues.
The battery is supposed to give you 60 minutes of use, but I'm sure its like a lot of things and will depend on how much work it has to do, depth or carpet, and emptying when needed.
We have two dogs and so far had no issues picking up their fur.

Conclusion
Most coffees that we have tried have been, on the whole great. The hot chocolate less so.
Its important to set expectations, its better than instant but not quite Café strength or flavour but very convenient.
